Founded in 2024, Raptors Hockey was born out of a passion for the sport and a vision to cultivate a spirited and competitive community. Based in the heart of Sydney Olympic Park, our club is dedicated to providing a platform for players of all skill levels to develop, compete, and most importantly, enjoy the game.

Affiliations and Programs

Raptors Hockey is proud to be affiliated with the University of Technology Sydney (UTS) and ActivateUTS, the university’s sports and active recreation department. This partnership allows us to tap into UTS’s extensive resources and support network, providing our players with access to top-tier training facilities, academic support, and a vibrant community of fellow athletes.

ActivateUTS is home to over 180 clubs and societies, offering a wide range of opportunities for students to engage in sports, fitness, and recreational activities. By being part of this network, Raptors Hockey members benefit from a supportive environment that fosters both athletic and academic excellence.

Additionally, Raptors Hockey is excited to offer our top players the opportunity to apply for the Elite Athlete Program (EAP) at UTS. The EAP provides elite athletes with flexible study arrangements, financial support, and other resources to help them balance their sporting commitments with their academic pursuits. This program is designed to ensure that our athletes can achieve their full potential both on and off the ice.

Life Members

The ultimate acknowledgement to anyone involved with Raptos Hockey is Life Membership of the Club - whether as a player, captain, coach, support staff or Member.
